Supervised research on "Outbound Medical Tourism of Bangladesh"

The research reviewed expert’s opinion and published articles to demonstrate what is current situation of outbound medical tourism of Bangladesh. It explored the reason behind why Bangladeshi people want to go abroad for their treatment and cannot rely on the domestic medical services. It also analyzed which countries are the most preferable for our people as well as focused on the solutions and prospects which are found by the previous researchers including the modernization of opinions to control the flow of outbound medical tourism.

Supervised research on "Recruitment policies of travel agencies"

The research dealt with the recruitment and selection process in conditions of theoretical point of view and the practical make use of. The study allowed learning about the recruitment and selection issues, importance, modern techniques and models used to make it more efficient. The study assisted to gain knowledge of the practical procedures followed by the leading organizations. Moreover, the study helped to differentiate between the practices and theories that direct to realize how the organization can improve their recruitment and selection process.

Acted as a member of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)  

Worked as an active member of Tourism Educators’ Association of Bangladesh (TEAB), which addresses different current issues of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the national level.
