The study aims to explore the mediating roles of brand perception and big data analytics between consumer experiential components and consumer behavior. It seeks to understand how these factors collectively influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty in a digital marketplace. This study is one of the first to investigate the combined mediating roles of brand perception and big data analytics in the relationship between consumer experiential components and consumer behavior. The insights from this research contribute to the theoretical understanding and practical application of these concepts in enhancing consumer satisfaction and loyalty.

Awarded a Merit-Based Scholarship in the 2nd semester of MBA for securing excellent marks and achieving a GPA of 3.90.

Participated in a day-long workshop titled 'International Workshop on Communication Skills' focused on refining both verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and improving clarity and impact in diverse professional settings.

Attended a day-long conference titled 'Young Entrepreneur's Conference' designed to develop entrepreneurial skills and enhance professional communication. The program provided valuable insights into innovative business strategies, leadership, and effective networking, while also focusing on refining communication techniques to improve professional relationships and career growth.

Completed a 7-day training workshop titled 'Skill Development Program' that covered a diverse range of skills essential for professional development. The workshop included hands-on training in MS Office, SPSS, and PLS, along with key areas such as business report writing and corporate communication.
