1. Regularly collect and assess data and analytics across a variety of digital platforms.

2. Use analytics for continuous improvement of communications.

3. Help ensure that communications are consistent in design and tone, and follow the organizational style guide.

4. Assisting in organizing and providing support in coordinating media workshops, press briefings for the summit.

5. Assisting in the preparation of press kits for use by staff and media and assisting in the production of fact sheets, updates and other briefing materials.

1. Researching and analyzing the market to find out better business opportunities.

2. Finding out faults and loop holes in the current business strategies and change them and help in preventing stagnancy in the business by implementing new ideas continuously.

3. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, contract settlement and so forth.

4. Prepare presentations for the company that can be present to the clients, to the employees, conferences, etc.

5. Develop and scrutinize HR policy and manual in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.
